Rules for ordering food on the website www.fitnetfood.lt together with the delivery service:

1. General rules

1.1. These rules for ordering food on the website www.fitnetfood.lt together with the delivery service (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) upon their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement "I agree with the rules"), are a binding legal document for the parties, which determine the rights of the Buyer and the Seller and responsibilities, terms of purchase and payment for goods, order of delivery and return of goods, liability of parties and others related to the purchase and sale of goods on the website at www. terms related to fitnetfood.lt.

1.2. Private Service UAB, legal entity code 302866887, VAT taxpayer code LT100013485019, registration address Pylimo st. 41-12, LT-01308 Vilnius (hereinafter - the Seller).

1.3. Food order together with delivery service on the website www.fitnetfood.lt (hereinafter - food order/Products) is accepted in Vilnius.

1.4. The right to buy on the website www.fitnetfood.lt (hereinafter - the Buyer):

1.4.1. able natural persons, i.e. i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order;

1.4.2. minors between the ages of 14 and 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently;

1.4.3. legal entities;

1.4.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.

1.5. By accepting the Rules, the buyer confirms that he has the right to order food delivery service on the www.fitnetfood.lt website.

1.6. From the moment when the Buyer, after choosing a nutrition program and creating a basket of goods and services, clicks on the "Confirm and pay" link, it is considered that a legal purchase-sale relationship has arisen between the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Buyer's rights

2.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods and order services on the website www.fitnetfood.lt in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

2.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

2.3. The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods in accordance with the rules.

2.4. The buyer has other rights established in these Rules.

3. Obligations of the buyer

3.1. The buyer, using the www.fitnetfood.lt website, undertakes to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly indicated on the www.fitnetfood.lt website, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. After registering on the website www.fitnetfood.lt, the Buyer undertakes to ensure that the provided information and Personal Data are not misleading or incorrect.

3.3. After registering, the Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer's login data becomes known to third parties, the Buyer must inform about it immediately.

3.4. If the data provided in the registration form of the registered Buyer changes, he must update them immediately.

3.5. The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

4. Seller's rights

4.1. The seller has the right to change or stop the functions of the website www.fitnetfood.lt, the layout of the elements on the website, to stop the operation of certain functions of the website.

4.2. The seller has the right to determine the minimum size of the basket of goods at his discretion, i.e. i.e. the minimum amount, upon reaching which the Buyer's order will be executed. The size of this amount is visible when viewing the shopping cart.

4.3. The seller has the right to change the scope or method of providing the services provided on the www.fitnetfood.lt website, to suspend or terminate the provision of services or part of them, to charge for services or part of services.

4.4. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the website www.fitnetfood.lt or fails to fulfill his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior warning limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the website www.fitnetfood.lt or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's Account.

4.5. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods after choosing the provided payment method.

4.6. When the Buyer chooses the payment method - in cash at the time of delivery of the goods, the Seller, in the event of uncertainty regarding the information provided in the order, has the right to contact the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number specified in the order. In this case, the term of delivery of the goods starts counting from the day of contact with the Buyer. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer.

5. Obligations of the seller

5.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided on the www.fitnetfood.lt website under the conditions set out in these Rules and on the www.fitnetfood.lt website.

5.2. The seller undertakes to start the delivery of the order to the address specified by him from the date chosen by the buyer.

5.3. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days, if prepayment was made.

5.4. The Seller undertakes to accept the goods returned by the Buyer under the conditions specified in the Rules.

6. Prices of goods, services, payment procedure and terms

6.1. Product prices e-mail in the store and in the formed order are indicated in euros, including the amount of VAT valid at that time according to the legislation.

6.2. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways:

6.2.1. using electronic banking (Paysera service);

6.2.2. payment by bank transfer;

6.2.3. in cash at the time of delivery.

6.3. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the purchase documents – VAT invoices – will be provided electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's registration form upon the Buyer's request.

6.4. The money will not be returned to the Buyer who paid for the food order through electronic banking (Paysera payment system) and did not receive the ordered food for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, as well as the Buyer who violated the rules and did not comply with the conditions specified in their subsections.

7. Food delivery

7.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer can choose the method of placing the food order.

7.2. The terms and prices of goods delivery are presented on the website www.fitnetfood.lt. Clicking the "Confirm and pay" button means that the buyer has familiarized himself with the delivery conditions and rates and agrees with them.

7.3. Delivery of goods to the Buyer:

7.3.1. The buyer, who has chosen the food delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery.

7.3.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the order himself. In the event that he cannot accept the order himself, and the order delivered to the specified address and based on other data provided by the Buyer may be left at the door or delivered to another entity, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the order to the wrong entity.

7.3.3. The buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery conditions of the order.

7.3.4. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Buyer.

7.3.5. The goods are delivered by the Seller or his authorized representative.

7.4. The Buyer has no right to make any claims against the Seller, and the Seller is not liable to the Buyer:

7.4.1. if the Buyer incorrectly specified the delivery address of the ordered food;

7.4.2. if the Buyer incorrectly specified his phone number;

7.4.3. if the Buyer incorrectly indicated the desired delivery time of the ordered food;

7.4.4. if the Buyer did not accept the ordered food through no fault of the Seller (did not open the door, did not answer the phone call, etc.);

7.4.5. if the Buyer does not pay the Seller for the ordered food or refuses to pay for the ordered food in the absence of objective reasons;

7.4.6. due to technical failures, malfunctions and other disturbances of the website www.fitnetfood.lt;

7.4.7. due to failures, disruptions and other types of disturbances in electronic banking;

7.4.8. due to failures, malfunctions and other types of disturbances in the bank's payment card processing system.

7.4.9. The Seller has the right not to deliver the ordered food to the Buyer, if there is at least one of the conditions specified in clauses 7.4.1 - 7.4.8 of the Rules.

7.5. If the Buyer does not pick up the goods within the specified period or if they cannot be delivered to the Buyer and the Buyer has paid for the goods, the representatives contact the Buyer regarding another time and/or method of delivery of the goods. If the Buyer still does not pick up the goods or fails to deliver them, such goods are returned to the Seller and the order is cancelled. Money paid back to the buyer is not returned.

8. Guarantee of quality of goods and services and expiration date

8.1. The characteristics of each dish sold by www.fitnetfood.lt are indicated in the menu, which is delivered together, as well as all information about the dishes is indicated on the www.fitnetfood.lt website. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the size, shape, color or other parameters of the dishes on the website may not correspond to the real size, shape, color or other parameters due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer or other technical reasons. The buyer is recommended to read the description of the food program and dishes.

8.2. The food ordered and delivered to the Buyer may differ externally from the e-mail due to the specifics of the food packaging and containers. photos of the dishes listed in the menu on the website.

8.3. The seller has the right to change the dishes specified in the menu at any time without informing the customer separately.

9. Refunds, order suspension and cancellation

9.1. The buyer can cancel his order at any time and get the remaining amount back. It should be noted that a greater discount is applied to goods and services when ordering for a longer period, therefore all the days already used by the Buyer will be recalculated according to the 1st day. the rates of the selected program by canceling the applied discounts. The Buyer can always test the Seller's goods and services for a shorter period of time to make sure that the offered goods and/or service meet the Buyer's expectations.

9.2. If, after receiving his order, the Buyer notices that part of the dishes are missing or due to a packaging error, he has not received his order, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller and inform him of this. In this case, the Seller can offer and the Buyer has the right to demand:

9.2.1. return part of the amount of money corresponding to the amount of meals not received;

9.2.2. provide a discount for the next order corresponding to the amount of meals not received;

9.2.3. or agree on another option agreed upon by the parties.

9.3. The Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days, if prepayment was made.

9.4. If the buyer forgets to enter the discount code and pays for the order without using the discount code, the difference is not refunded.

9.5. The Buyer, in order to suspend or postpone the execution of his order, must inform the Seller about it no later than 48 working hours in advance.

10. Liability

10.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by him. If the Buyer provides incorrect or inaccurate personal data, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

10.2. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using e-mail. in the store.

10.3. After registering, the Buyer is responsible for storing and/or transferring his login data to third parties. If the services provided on the website www.fitnetfood.lt are used by a third person who has connected to the online store using the Buyer's login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

10.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, regardless of the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

10.5. If the Seller's website contains links to the websites of other third parties, the Seller does not guarantee that the information that can be viewed by clicking on these links is correct, complete or accurate. Third parties are responsible for the content, correctness, completeness and accuracy of information provided by third parties. The seller is not obliged to check the transmitted or stored external information or to detect illegal actions.

11. Exchange of information

11.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form.

11.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions using the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.

12. Rules for handling customer reviews

12.1. These rules for handling customer reviews at www.fitnetfood.lt (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the procedure for collecting customer reviews of UAB "Private Service" about purchased services and their publication on the website www.fitnetfood.lt, the owner and administrator of which is UAB "Private Service". .

12.2. The Company - Private Service Private Joint Stock Company, legal entity code 302866887, registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania at Pylimo st. 41-12, LT-01308 Vilnius.

12.3. Feedback - Customer's e-mail the opinion or recommendation submitted by mail about the Company's services and service are published on the website www.fitnetfood.lt.

12.4. Client - a natural or legal person who has purchased insurance services from the Company on the basis of a contract.

12.5. Reviews are collected at the initiative of the Company, by contacting the Clients at their specified e-mail address. e-mail address after the Customers have purchased the services, thus ensuring that the Feedback is received from the person who actually purchased the Company's services.

12.6. The company publishes authentic, i.e. i.e. only reviews prepared by the Clients themselves and submitted to the Company upon request. 12.7. The Company publishes feedback provided by Customers, if they do not contradict the requirements of legal acts or are not otherwise unethical:

12.8. 12.9. www.fitnetfood.lt publicly displays only the name of the Customer who submitted the Feedback and the feedback itself. www.fitnetfood.lt does not display such data as the customer's last name, e-mail address, who submitted the feedback. e-mail address, telephone number or other information that the Company legally processes about its client, if the client's written consent has not been obtained beforehand.

12.10. Reviews are published in Lithuanian; the Company is not paid for the provided Feedback.

12.11. The company has the right to change, correct and complete the Rules in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts. Changes to the rules take effect from the moment they are published.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. The Seller has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules enters into force after its publication on the website www.fitnetfood.lt. Only Buyers, as defined in Clause 1.3 of the Rules, have the right to buy on the website www.fitnetfood.lt. By approving the Rules, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy goods and services on the www.fitnetfood.lt website.

13.2. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.3. Relations arising on the basis of these Rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement within 30 (twenty) calendar days, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
